Kathy is a veteran of the local broadcast advertising business. She started her career in the TV business. In June of 2003 she was named President of Local Broadcast for MindShare in New York. Some of her client’s were the Ford Dealers’ Association, Six Flags, Burger King and others. Kathy was named a Media Maven in December of 2003. In 2008 she was named the 17th most influential person in the advertising industry.
In June of 2008 she kept a promise to family and returned to Arizona to be close to family. Retirement didn’t fit her active lifestyle and she started her second career in real estate in 2009. It was her love of Arizona architecture, landscape and helping people navigate the maze of the Arizona real estate market that lead her to the field of real estate.
Kathy loves being in the Valley of the Sun because she has two of her three children and four of her five grandchildren living close by.
